Hello. Im.not sure how far this will get or if anyone would care. I was referred to see Dr. Sullivan for a root canal. I met with Dr. Sullivan on June 20, 2024 for the inital consultation. Dr. Sullivan was great and really made me feel at ease with the process in his explanation and any of my concerns. The issue lies with the front desk. I just had the fastest, painless root canal EVER. Dr. Kwan and his staff are a true example of endodontics at its finest. They are, at all steps along the way, professional, friendly and informative. Dr. Kwan explained things as he performed the procedure, checked on me constantly to see if I was OK, and had me in and out in under an hour, and it was painless. I can't recommend them highly enough and encourage you to use the if you have a need. Thanks so much Dr. Kwan and staff!
