If I could give 10 stars I would. I actually accidentally showed up to this office instead of another dental office located in the same shopping plaza. I’m so glad I did, because when My Kids Dentist failed to show professionalism, I came right back and the front office gal (I believe Kim) was not only accommodating, but professional and friendly to speak with. We got a super rare, last minute opening to see my daughter the same day & Dr. Colleen is just the BEST. She has so much integrity. While other dentists immediately wanted me to pay full price anesthesia for my 2 year old for some little cavities, Dr. Colleen offered a safer route that will not only minimize her trauma at the dentist office, but also be good for her health as she is still just a baby. She educated me on all of the reasons how and why her cavities could have came about & then her staff made sure that we were scheduled to come in for future cleanings to be on top of my daughter’s oral health. This place is not kid friendly! The staff is not personal at all with my daughters they hardly spoke to them it was awkward. They had loud music blaring did not seem interested in the kids at all The exams first appointment are okay but once u go back for treatment appointment it’s a nightmare everything is rushed they don’t give your kids there full attention and The dentist was not a good fit for us. While noticing all this we decided to not proceed with Kidscare and give them anymore buisness There so many more places to chose from in natomas and Sacramento area!! The location is also in a busy plaza not convenient! Proceed with caution if you chose this location

My sons are not afraid to come here compare to where they were going before. They made sure my sons were comfortable during treatments. They explain the treatment plans with me before, during, and after. Both of them had to get their crowns redone. Before this place, I had to force them to go to the dentist. With this place now, I didn't need to force. Also, they place actually have light inside. It's not all dark and low-light like the previous we've been to. Thank you to the doctors and staff for a wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back again.
