My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

I can’t rate the actual dentists because we never got to actually see one, but the front desk staff / admin / office staff overall is HORRENDOUS to deal with. They put me on hold every time I called and forgot about me, resulting in me just hanging up. When I told the girl up front that I couldn’t get through to them for the past few days, she mentioned “yeah that happens” and she “tried calling me” but left no voicemail. The office overall is not appealing, the floors were insanely dirty, the girls up front do not greet you, and it was such a hot mess just trying to give them my insurance info & checking my daughter in that I ended up going with my gut instinct and cancelling right then and there, drove right across the way to My Kids CARE dental and was seen almost immediately by Dr. Colleen and her amazing, professional staff and clean office.

My 8yr old is terrified of needles or any kind of discomfort or pain. Today she had a chipped tooth in front that needed to be pulled. The whole team really made sure my baby girl was calm and comfortable. Dr Lim was AMAZING!! He walked through every step with my daughter and made sure she understood everything that was happening. He made sure she comfortable and earned her trust. Dr Lim understands and knows how to work with children that is just magic! He took such excellent care of her. The whole team is Amaizing! I am so grateful! Everything was perfect!

I love coming to My Kid’s Dentist, the first day I came I already knew it was 5 stars. They have such nice people and everyone’s very gentle. When I recently went for an Adjustment I had a lovely women name Kiki do that for me. She kept a conversation, was very sweet, and gentle. She helped make it a even nicer visit. I always feel welcomed when I go.
