I never expected to think: Oh good, I have a dentist appointment tomorrow… not until I met Dr. Griffin and her team at Lake Bluff Dental. Dr. Griffin is not only a technical and professional expert…competent and extremely well qualified…but she is a lovely human being…compassionate, caring and wise. Knows what you need to know and do and explains it carefully and clearly. Makes me feel better every time I see her…both physically and emotionally. (I'm going through extractions and dentures at the moment…so maybe you can guess how important that is to me.) I found all the staff I've had contact with at Lake Bluff to be competent and caring…the assistant I've had the most contact with is Carissa…she's terrific. She is knowledgeable, friendly, caring and wise…and tells you things you don't even know you need to know, like: while you can't chew solid food, getting enough protein is very important…try protein shakes…I think you'll especially like Pure Protein.
