worse experience ever !! fraud fraud and fraud ! claimed to have done a deep cleaning and a fill in one setting, without having a dental hygienist in his office and completing my required treatment less than a half hour . when i looked at my bill to my insurance it was over $1330. this dentist is a fraud stay afar! to make matters worse he never did the proper fill that’s sticking out as well as needing to see another dentist office for an actual clean that i will have to pay out of pocket for.
Very bad and rude experience. Took 5 min max to examine. Didn't want to listen anything I said. Talked arrogantly and then told me that it was all coming from my head. Who gave him the rights, as a gum doctor, to offend me as a patient and diagnose mental stuff ? I left the office crying.
Would never go back. I found the staff at the Shorewood location extremely uncaring and highly incompetent in giving post-surgical care instructions. Due to the lack of proper care and periodontal cleaning of Dr. Kelly I had to have a molar extracted. As I was not able to get a second opinion for some time, I had to let him extract it. It was a horrible experience with little care or instruction. I was pushed out the door with a big wad of gauze and a bleeding mouth. He double books and is not taking the time to review history to proceed with proper care. As other reviews have stated, his "Perio Scale/Root Planing" consists of a quick scrape and a few pokes to gum tissue. My gum health worsened further after he sold me a whitening product. You should be able to trust that your dentist has your best interest in mind. I should have done my own research. The website says clearly "Those with gum disease, worn enamel, cavities, and exposed roots may not be good candidates for whitening
