A disgrace. My daughter was in pain and tears from the spacers they put in, she said it was too much pressure and was painful. When we came in to have them removed they told me she was lying about being in pain because everything looks fine. It can look fine but that doesn't mean it feels fine. After trying to pursuade my daughter and I to keep them on for over 10 minutes my daughter started crying and I've had enough. I had to demand they be removed I was not going to allow my daughter to go through another week of pain and tears as they suggested. When they finally tried to remove the spacers it took 2 dentist to try to remove them and they were frustrated because they just could not remove the spacers. They were having so much trouble they ended up having to cut them off. And yet they thought my daughter was lying. I also don't appreciate the ladies at check in/out they need to watch their attitude while speaking with patients and their parents. They should also get the gender of th

Absolutely Terrible. Was told on 2 separate occasions over the phone they could extract a tooth on my 9 year old so we made an appointment there. Unfortunately it is an hour and 20 minutes from my house but the closest I could find with my insurance. We got there for the consultation and then they tell us they can't do it !! What a joke. Total waste of time, money and energy

Went there for years they used all my insurance even paid thousands out of pocket. I know they are scam artists now, because they claimed they went out of business to me when I went there 2 years ago, and tried to send me to Allentown for a my dental cleaning. I went somewhere else and had to pay completely out of pocket, because lancaster dental arts used all of my benefits up.
