I went to Dr. Nye to have a cavity filled and had an extremely horrible experience. He proceeded to numb the area around the tooth and after he finished he stated it would take a few minutes for it to kick in and then he proceeded to leave the room and did not return for about 5-10 minutes. There was no tech in the room either so I was in there alone waiting. During that time I became EXTREMELY light headed, felt very faint. After I complained in writing to them they blocked my calls and emails

I came to see Dr Ney when I had tooth pain, and my dentist couldn't get me in for two weeks. Dr Ney's office got me in the next day. Ever since then, I've had an excellent experience. They are very professional, but also very personable. The entire staff makes you feel like they are glad you are there. Dr Ney is the only dentist who has given me a shot with absolutely no pain, I was amazed. He also takes the time to show you pictures and explain what is taking place. His focus is on giving you the best care and not cranking out patients. I can't recommend him enough!
