The nurses/hygienists were fantastic and very professional. Dr. Ali was kind and took the time to talk with all of the parties involved to get my foster kiddos wisdom teeth out. The procedure was done quickly and my foster daughter said they were so kind to her while putting her under and waking her up. Two days in, she looks great, minimal bleeding and the holes look really well done. The front desk was sweet, but seemed to just not check all the boxes. Our first visit, I had filled out paperwork before hand and they still gave us the pages of paperwork when we arrived, and after filling out page 1 I realized I had done this 3 days prior. I had to prompt them that I already filled it out, to which they looked and said oh yeah...like they didn't even check before giving us the paperwork. Then I called a week later to see if insurance approved the procedure, but they said they hadn't gotten notice yet. I called the insurance and they said it was approved. Everyone was very kind, I got all of my medications promptly and didn't feel a thing the whole visit. If I had wisdom teeth again, I'd go back to get them removed. The nurses even held my hand as it was my first time alone at an appointment. Awesome staff

At our first visit the cleanings were so fast and the quality of care the poorest dental care that I have ever experienced for my children. Unfortunately there are very few Dentists that will take medical assistance. We scheduled for our next appointments, which were canceled due to a new policy, stating that patients have to call into confirm their appointments. We had not received text messages or information regarding this change in their policy. The scheduling staff was beyond rude when I called to get information and try to Inquire why their appointments were cancelled and attempted to reschedule. We'll definitely be looking for a different provider, even if we have to pay out of pocket
