Children's Dental Health of Lancaster

Not professional/personable. Went in for an emergent appointment and got nowhere. Such a waste of time and money. Didn’t even have the decency to address the actual issue for the visit. My child had pain and they gave no recommendations for pain management. Didn’t say if she might need an antibiotic. I usually don’t have a good experience with this place and I don’t recommend them at all. I called another pediatric dentist and they were so helpful, kind and gave more insight on how to care for my child over the phone within 5 minutes.

Always a great experience with this place. Nice clean clinic, amazing people who are both professional and friendly. Kids LOVE the token-fed toy machines there. Perfect scheduling system, never miss or forget the appointment. If I could give a ten star review, I certainly would

Everyone was so kind! My daughter said "Mom they called me princess and told me my teeth were beautiful" she was happy! And also she did have a surface cavity which they explained about in detail. It does not need treated right now, just brushed extra! ???? Also the secretaries were wonderful! I didn't catch the one secretary's name, she was African-American, and she was so kind! And funny too. I apologized for being a few minutes late and she said it's all good girl, I got you! Keep up the good work ladies and gents!????Such a great experience at this dental office! Compared to the York office , where we had a negative experience....recommend Lancaster 100%!!! It is worth the hour drive! ☺️
