Lane & Associates Family Dentistry

Never go to this place, they treat you good if you go their 1-2 times and if you tell them you are not happy or you having problems with dental procedure. They treat you really bad. We were there and Dr. Sandy made a Racist comment against us. Don’t take you kids too here their service is horrible. Although, the assistants were really nice that’s why I gave them one star. Doctors don’t have patience and lack of tolerance.

Not really sure why I came back to this place other than I had already established care and didn’t feel like putting off my cleaning. Needless to say, I will not return here or any other Lane and Associates location for that matter. The most ironic part about it is the dental assistant said, and I quote, “..we didn’t think you’d be back.” That’s not something you say to a customer who had bad experiences in the past. Instead, you would say, “I’m happy you returned and thank you for your business.” No biggie— just a fundamental principle of a little thing I like to call CLIENT RETENTION. Wait times are ridiculously long. I was in the office for over two hours today, and all I needed was a simple cleaning. During another visit, I spent nearly five hours there. Seems like the schedule could be planned, prepped, organized, and spaced better. But what do I know? Just had a visit with the dentist and everyone was so sweet and friendly. The dentist and the nurse was super nice and very caring when it came to making me feel comfortable. I really do appreciate everyone who was willing to help me. The desk receptionist was also sweet and amazing! I can’t wait to come back again! 10 out of 10 rating ???? Thank you so much for everything ❤️
