Dr. Kotlow helped us when my newborn daughter had several oral ties. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. The actual process was so quick and my daughter healed beautifully. He also referred me to Jenelle with Breastfeeding Savvy, which has helped me tremendously and made my breastfeeding journey a positive one.

I took my 5 year old son to see Dr. Kotlow a week ago. My son has severe speech articulation issues and speech therapy alone has provided very gradual progress. After speaking with Dr. Kotlow in great length about speech and sleeping issues, we decided to proceed with the tongue tie release. The procedure was quick and he was only minimally uncomfortable that day and in the days that followed. One week after the tongue tie release, we have already seen AMAZING results! He is sleeping much better with his mouth closed, and he is making speech sounds that he has never made before like S and TH! I am very glad we did this procedure and wish we did it sooner.

Dr Kotlow & his staff are amazing. Even though we’re “post covid” to much of the population, I really appreciate the strict guidelines they still follow, as our babies can’t be vaccinated yet. He takes the time to be sure we fully understand what’s being done and how to continue therapy for our newborn at home, after releasing oral ties. We drive an hour each way and it’s absolutely worth it!
