Dr. Billington's expertise with TMJ is second to none. He has no doubt treated thousands of patients with the same issues, which must become tedious over years of repetition, yet he and his staff make you feel uniquely heard and understood as they provide 5-star, individually tailored care. The office operates like a well-oiled machine, but at no time did I feel as though I were just another faceless consumer in some kind of corporate healthcare cattle call, as is becoming all too common these days. Be advised, however, this type of very specialized treatment, performed at such a high standard, is priced accordingly. Which brings me to to the prior reviewer who (erroneously) stated Dr. Billington does not take insurance, and that she has "zero respect" for a medical person who so "callously" treats only "well-off" people "in an era of soaring income inequality" and that there is a "moral failing here" because he is, in her opinion, not doing his part to "alleviate the disparities in

Just had my first visit with Dr. Billington and it was hands down the best doctor appointment I have ever had. The exam was comprehensive and he thoroughly explained what he was doing and all of his findings. I felt like he and his staff truly cared and took the time to listen to my concerns. Everyone I met seemed to enjoy what they do and were warm and inviting. Somehow I left with a big smile on my face even after being told I have arthritis in my jaw! The medical field could use more providers like him and all of the lovely staff I got to meet today.

I recently had my first appointment at this office, and it was honestly the best health-related appointment/experience I've had. The 3 people I interacted with during the visit were all really genuine and kind, and Dr. Billington was so knowledgeable and positive. He took time to explain everything and was very reassuring about my condition. In a time when so many health-related visits feel rushed and impersonal, this was the complete opposite.
