This place was a horror show several years ago. I don't know how they kept their license to still be practicing. It was apparent they cared only about money, money, money in an assembly line fashion. We originally went there with my daughter because this practice was one of the few to take my insurance. We were told it was crucial we bring X-rays from our regular dentist. Crucial! Because of a delay we were not able to bring these crucial(!) X-rays. So what do they do? They didn't take X-rays and barely examined my daughter before declaring she needed multiple procedures and appliances in a lengthy and costly course of treatment. It was so obvious that they were only concerned with getting us to sign on the dotted line so our max orthodontic allowance through our insurance would be locked into them and only them. We'd have no recourse if we switched orthodontists so they would have us by the bicuspids! The whole place was sleezy and made me feel dirty ...people arguing in the waiting
Dr. Sorbero has to be one of the most friendly and informative doctors I've ever dealt with! She is awesome and I highly recommend her!!! She does wonderful work and I can say I am very pleased with my smile!!! 5 Stars all the way!!!
Our daughters smile sparkles. They did a wonderful job on her teeth. They were professional, friendly and great with our child.
