I have been bringing my children here for nearly 10 years.. We love everyone in the office. Everyone is so kind and just wonderful ????
We arrived for our appointment with our little guy and were told we could not be in the room with him to have his cavity filled after specifically discussing this previously. We had declined to have him sedated so we could be in the room with him to alleviate the fear of the dentist. He previously had a mock visit, xrays, a cleaning and we were ready. I arrived and was told I by an assistant that i could not stay in the room. I explained that this had already been agreed to. Dr. Moran didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me. No apology, no explanation. Basically, this is the way it is regardless of what was previously agreed to. We will not return and will seek a new dentist who holds up to agreements made with patients.
