Legacy Dental PC

This establishment is very rude and unprofessional, they are completely oblivious to the fact that everyone has a life outside of legacy dental, and sometimes life doesn't let you show up to an appointment. They have a ridiculous no-show fee and won't see you unless you pay said fee. Then, if you show up thirty minutes early to your SCHEDULED appointment, they make you wait almost an hour after said appointment. Do they pay us an inconvenience fee?? Of course not. Very bad customer service. 0 stars if possible.

This place is definitely amazing and this is coming from someone who is petrified of going to the dentist I literally sat down and boom I was out and I don't remember a thing, I wish I would have gone here sooner! The numbness is gone so I took 1 ibuprofen they prescribed me and I have absolutely no pain! I couldn't be more happier, I just had a baby a couple months ago and I have 2 older girls so you have definitely saved me! I highly recommend going here, Everyone is amazing!!

I'm the biggest baby when it comes to getting anything done to me . And a week ago I got my wisdom teeth taken out here . I have to say the staff is amazing very nice and they don't mind taking time and talking to you if you have any questions . That help calm my nerves . The day of ,they were so good I got the iv in and I was off to La la land jaja.I woke up asking when we will start the procedure , and they said we are all done . They walked me out to my car and for a few days after I called 3 more times with questions ,two after hours and one office hours and the lady who answered was so wonderful answered all questions. I highly recommend.
