Called to get a cleaning and they said they could do it scheduled the appointment and then they tell me they couldn't do it I had to get a root canal and fillings done first... A few months pass of me trying to find a dentist to do the work I needed done ..and I get a call from them today telling me I had my cleaning tomorrow so I tell them I haven't had any work done yet and they say that's fine you don't have to get it done to get the cleaning... Like what I drove 2 hours each way twice for them to just give me the run around for them to bill my insurance and not a single thing got done besides a x-ray... Don't waste your time here...

It has been a real hit and miss. My husband has had good care, but I have had several bad experiences here over the last few months. The staff haven't been upfront about what could be done at an appointment; what I am told during scheduling has not been what the dental team actually ended up doing for me. After waiting several months for a scheduled routine cleaning, they tried to send me home after just doing xrays. I was able to convince them to do the cleaning, since that's what I had scheduled. They found a cavity, but then couldn't fill it for 2 months, even though they were able to do my husband's on the same day during the appointment. The last straw was the filling itself, which was done so badly that I have had horrible nerve pain for weeks and now need to go get it fixed elsewhere. Between the wait time and the bad filling, I am not going to be continuing care here. Edit: I have since had 4 dentist appointments, with a 5th on the horizon, trying to get it fixed at another off

Absolutely recommend this office! Never imagined my smile would be rejuvenated without having all my teeth pulled and getting dentures! I’ve been proven wrong!! Before and after! I have been blown away!
