A short wait past scheduled appointment time until seen by someone. There is more than one dentist at this office. Enough time spent on my concerns by the staff. Can pay cash in installments if you have no dental insurance.
The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and they are always able to put me at ease. Everyone at Lehigh dental is so wonderful that I am willing to drive almost 2hrs to go there!
The office is full of friendly and knowledgeable people. Dr. Baus and assistants always explain whatever procedure is being done so that you know what’s happening. My personal favorite - the fun videos of animals that play in the room while you get work done. Going to the dentist is less stressful thanks to this office.
