Whitehall Family Dentistry

I was pretty disappointed because I looked at the reviews before I made my first appointment. I needed some work, I just wanted to look at options. I know my teeth aren’t the best but I wanted to get back on track. I felt like the front desk staff were so nice and the nurses were extremely nice but the dentist and hygienist treated me like, I was a scumbag. I felt like they didn’t even want to bother and the dentist basically told me there’s nothing I can do and had no options for me. It just felt like they wanted me out of their office, and they didn’t care. I felt like they were blaming me instead of helping me to find solutions. I felt very depressed after leaving. Now I’m looking for options elsewhere. I did not review the wrong office . I have a script for surgery from Dr.Yacoub. I’m aware this is the right office.

If I could give zero stars I would. Coming here has been by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. For starters the woman at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming whatsoever and constantly seems bothered and annoyed anytime she needs to interact with you. I first came for a cleaning, I was not explained anything that was happening to my mouth. The dentist was putting something on the back of my two front teeth and curing it with a light and never told me what it was I’m guessing some kind of sealant? Then told me I had cavities and needed to come back. Didn’t tell me which teeth they were or anything. I come back for the 1st filling coming out of there I was traumatized and will NEVER return. Dentist administered the numbing injection I guess he didn’t give it enough time to kick in or didn’t give enough. He starts drilling and I feel pain. I notify him something is wrong by trying to talk. He disregards me and and proceeds to drill. I feel even more pain and put my arm u

Love this place! They always make me feel calm and walk me through every thing and the doctor will always ask me a couple times if I am okay during any procedure and that always makes me feel better. They do a great job and I never feel a thing. I highly recommend this place for your entire family!!
