I love this place! You can tell customer service is one of their top values. Every interaction with the staff is friendly. The entire office has such a positive vibe. Lori is the very BEST! They take their time with you and you feel valued as a client. Something we don't see as much of anymore. They give incentives to the kids for taking care of their teeth and have customer appreciation events. With 5 kids, almost makes you forget about the expense of orthodontic care. ????

Overall this was a great experience compared to the 2 prior orthodontist I had seen before Dr. Lenhart and Dr. Sherman! They both are very meticulous and genuinely care about the patient and their work! Very grateful to have been referred to this office! Thank you!

My first born needs braces and I'm new to the entire process. They made it painless (for both of us). They have given us so much information, helped us work through the financial process and what to expect in the next few years. I love the office - it's a great atmosphere and everyone is so nice. So far they have been prompt and extremely helpful. This mama bear is very happy and recommends them highly.
