As a first time patient I was absolutely disappointed at my first appointment today. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by a very strong, potent air freshener smell of some autumn spice scent. The staff said they couldn't smell it (of course not, they're "nose blind" to it since they smell it all day long). They admitted that they use a "sensi" machine and turned it off, but the scent had already permeated everything. I could barely breathe and had to cover my nose. I was hoping the exam room didn't smell as bad as the waiting room, but that strong scent was in everything. I just had to leave and get some fresh air. I will NEVER go back there. If you have seasonal allergies or issues with sensory overload, stay away from this place. As I left I wondered what smells so bad that they felt the need to run a heavy air freshener machine so much. Hmmm...

My hygienist Chelsea is so professional and kind, she does an incredible job every time. The office and dental rooms are very clean and calm. Dr. Mike and Dr. Jamie are incredible at what they do, patient, understanding, and the best place in Northwest Ohio for dentistry.

Professional, pleasant office with experienced staff. Gentle Dentist and EFDA assistant. On-time appointments. Could be more organized with reviewing treatment, and the cost of it, in a more structured way. As is the norm, payment is required at time of service. More involved dental work (crowns, bridges, etc.) half the payment is due BEFORE the actual appointment. All around great office with talented professionals.
