They asked me to come on the day of the storm via a text message, and I came, and found it closed, after I was tortured to reach the office and an earlier appointment. Reaching the office immediately, my appointment was canceled and when you did not come, they asked you to pay $50 for lack of interest and punctuality.
Love my dental hygienist. She did an excellent job of cleaning: gentle and educational. Thanks for caring.
This dentist office is the absolute worst, I am definitely going to be getting a new dentist very soon, it has gone downhill ever since Dr Walker left, no one answers the phone nobody returns my phone calls, I leave voicemail after voicemail nobody calls me back, just absolutely horrible service I will never go here ever again, don't waste your time coming here EVER!!
