I'm a patient @ the Sheridan Drive location where Dr. Falsetti is my dentist... Great dentist, very accommodating & easy to talk to... Catherine Beach is usually his assistant, & she's always very nice & accommodating too... Great employees @ the Sheridan Drive location...

Be warned about the owner of the practice at the Union Road location. I cannot begin to explain how rude and aggressive this woman is to her patients and her staff. Attacking other dentists in the Buffalo area. Aggressively demanding that you take impressions, etc. I’ve never had a dentist nor heard of a dentist that will make fun your teeth and your genetic dental makeup; it is completely shocking. There is no professional conversation with her.. she shouts and discredits everything not only you say but also her staff. I don’t know if she’s just a miserable person and has serious personal issues, but the budget prices are not worth the trouble that she will give you. Always remember, pay up for your health because you do not want to budget and end up with an absolutely horrible human like the owner of the Union Road location. Whatever issues she is taking out on her patients and staff, she deserves. Possibly the worst human being I’ve ever experienced.

Highly disappointed! I have had multiple issues with this office over the years, but this is IT! They’ll call you last minute to reschedule you, then have no consideration whatsoever for their customers needs and concerns. The staff LITERALLY let me rush over there from work, knowing they were not going to provide the services I was scheduled for, after they waited til less than ONE hour away from my appointment time to let me know the Hygienist wasn’t coming in. They knew this ALL DAY, but told me I couldn’t arrive TEN minutes late when I called and was on my way due to traffic; which I only rearranged my life to make the alternate time they gave because I’d already waited TWO months to get in. I thought ten minutes was an allowable grace period just about ANYWHERE, however I called anyway just to be courteous, and because it’s the right thing to do. Well apparently NOT!
