The services, professionalism and customer care at Family Dental is exceptional. The staff are so eager to help you whenever you call to arrange your appointments. During this national health crisis I found myself needing to change my appointment frequently because my daughter is a first responder, I got such patience and understanding from Jessica each time I called in working with my schedule. My denist, Dr. Margaret Pazzaglia is the best! She is attentive to the needs of her clients and always very professional with a wonderful smile. The genuine care that FDC has for their client's health and well-being is among many of the reasons I stay with them. They listen and deliver outstanding services. I had a crown done at this clinic about a year and a half ago, and the crown popped off, which according to several dentists I consulted should not happen. I called the clinic and they would not take responsibility for it. I’ve had an overall bad experience and would not trust them with any future work.
