Atmosphere was wonderful. Talking to you and explaining what they were going do and what need to be done. Asking questions and would wait for responses. Pleasant to talk to. They were funny and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I was so excited and happy to see how good my teeth look like. It just raise my self-esteem. Thank you all, for your hard work.

Dr Willis is phenomenal. His staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic. I am afraid of dentists, but I was not afraid Dr Willis at all. When I arrived at Markham Family Dentistry, I was greeting with a warm welcome. The staff was extremely pleasant, and professional. I was given full details on what was taking place and suggestions on what direction I should proceed in once my current needs were met. I was in excruciating pain, and I just wanted the tooth removed. The Dr. was very compassionate regarding the pain I was experiencing. He warmly explained the steps that I would have to take before he could perform my procedure.
