The actual dental work provided is outstanding, however, the billing and financial services leave much to be desired. The business was unwilling to waive a very small fee which was associated with a late payment that occurred due to a change in an insurance provider. It is unfortunate a good dentist is willing to loose a satisfied customer over $5.
I have trusted Dr Reid Family Dentistry for over 30 years. The staff is friendly and it is very easy to schedule appointments. They make it easy for me to schedule appointments for myself and my two children to be seen in the same morning. Dr Caitlin Reid and her team take time to really explain the issues and give opinions for next steps. They do not try to upsell things that I do not need. I would strongly recommend Reid Family Dentistry to anyone looking for an excellent dentist with a friendly staff.
