They are very through with explaining everything including insurance , they don't "rush" you, they have a Kuraugh coffee machine when you enter and a whole table of goodies like flower packets and doughnuts and juice,instead of the normal "here's a toothbrush , now get out!"which what I took as they WANT YOU TO A HAPPY WHEN YOU LEAVE! VERY UNIQUE AND WELCOMING.
As much as I dread going to the dentist, Dr Dew makes me feel comfortable and I am confident in his ability and the suggestions for my dental health. The office staff is great, they are friendly and supportive.
My first visit was very pleasant. Staff is very friendly, respectful and compassionate about their patients. I would recommend Metro dental to everyone.
