Michael Rice, DDS. Malek Fansa, DDS.

Dr. Rice has been my dentist for more years than I can remember (although I don’t visit nearly as often as I should). I don’t believe there is anyone kinder, more thoughtful, or more careful about not causing pain. There is zero pain in his chair—not from anesthetic injections, or during root canals, or from filling cavities, and all that with no laughing gas or any other drug except the local anesthetic. He simply doesn’t allow pain. I do have one tiny complaint. I don’t like either of the crowns he’s given me over the years because they don’t match my teeth and obviously there are no returns, or refunds after the crown is in place just because the patient doesn’t approve of the appearance. In addition to his other qualities, he has a great ability to accept small complaints with a sense of self-deprecating humor, so I hope he isn’t offended by this. It occurs to me to wonder how many of his patients come to see him when it really isn’t necessary, just to bask in his kindness and gent

I broke a tooth off and they were able to get me in right away. In less than 1 hour Dr. Fansa put on a temporary crown and I was on my way. A new crown will happen next month. So very happy!
