Great place friendly staff and overall accommodating service. I had a broken tooth, and they got me in the next day even though they were fully booked. I did not have to go to emergency dental services. Furthermore, they took the time to clean my teeth after my repairs. I’ve been coming here for several years. I have yet to be disappointed after any service received here.

I picked this dentist/location because it was the only one near my home that was in my dental plan (it's a limited plan). I honestly didn't even read reviews before I went. But I was very pleased with my visit (granted, it was just a cleaning visit). They were quick, courteous, and friendly. Now that I've read other reviews, I'm surprised at the poor reviews. I'm sure everyone has bad experiences from time to time at any location, but I didn't see any of what was mentioned in the negative reviews. The office was clean, very up to date, the technology was way ahead of previous dentists I've used, and the service was fast and efficient. If you do your research on this office, you'll know it's not the dentist's only location. I know of other doctors that have multiple offices, so you have to be aware of this when scheduling visits (not every day is necessarily available), and that could explain a few of the rather negative reviews. Give them a try, I think you'll be impressed as well.

(UPDATED Aug. 9, 2018 and June 20, 2019 - see below) It took over 7 months to get a set of replacement dentures. The staff made no effort to move the process along. Throughout the entire experience, no one apologized until AFTER I left a bad review. The "apology" consisted of placing blame on everyone but them and complaining that the dentures ended up costing them money because it was paid by Medicaid. It certainly puts their "apology" into perspective. The Owner's response to my initial review is full of lies. No, I'm not the patient, but my husband is, so I DO speak from 1st hand knowledge. Seven months is ABSOLUTELY NOT an exaggeration!! The initial appointment was June 6, 2017, my husband finally got his dentures January 23, 2018 - that's 232 days, or 7.8 months. Also, he was absolutely NOT ecstatic over the dentures as the business owner says - his first words to me were that they looked cheap and unnatural and he wished he would have just gotten his old ones refitted
