Micro Endodontics

Dr. Louay Abrass sets a new standard in patient care, professionalism, and expertise in not only endodontics but in all of medicine. I saw Dr. Abrass for an emergency appointment as I was suffering from severe headaches of uncertain cause. His approach to diagnosing, evaluating and communicating treatment options, and performing the actual treatment was patient and considered. He took the time to understand my patient history and to educate me on the treatment. Dr. Abrass was kind and careful throughout the entire process, and he was extremely attentive to my comfort during the treatment. I am so grateful to Dr. Abrass and the entire team at Micro Endodontics for relieving me some of the worst pain (and related anxiety) I have ever experienced.

Dr Kai and assistants are brilliant, and were able to perform a root canal while preserving a porcelain crown. The visit did have a slightly awkward start, however. I had a recommendation for a root canal on tooth #3. I told Dr Kai, and also about my sensitivity to cold. The response: "Assistant, get me an ice cube!" Ouch.

Dr. Abrass and the team at Micro Endodontics are the best! Fewer than 1% of the population has the anatomy of a molar that caused my infection and pain. Even though I’d already had a root canal and crown on the tooth, it didn’t fool Dr. Abrass. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and successfully treated it. And I experienced zero pain during the procedure. I hope to never need endodontic work again, but if I do, I know where I’m going. Thank you, Dr. Abrass and team.
