Tend Dental Post Office Square

I recently went to this office for my first visit and had such a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and personable. Both my hygienist and doctor were extremely accommodating and mindful; they made their best efforts to make sure I was comfortable during my entire appointment. They also made suggestions at the end for proactive care, and they did not pressure me at all to go through with it. I will be making Tend my primary dental care going forward! The only con I will mention is that the initial appointment took 30 mins longer than expected, but I believe the staff is aware of this and is currently working with corporate to extend the appointment times for new patients.

Really lovely experience. I was greeted by reception and given my own dental care kit. My dental hygienist, Louis, was friendly, gentle and took a lot of time to explain each step to me which I appreciated. My dentist also spoke at length about preventative care. This was my first time at tend and I appreciate the refreshing approach to dental health!

Great service every time. The dental office finally pushed into the 21st century. I love I can control my appointments from the app and even see my personal dental records with images as well. Nelson my dental hygienist did a great job explaining everything to me and did a great cleaning. Everyone here cares about the patient and it shows.
