Midlothian Dental Center Bon Air

After years of avoiding the dentist, I realized it was because I was traumatized from my family dentist, and not because all dental experiences are horrible. Midlothian Dental Center is full of the kindest and funniest people who are careful, quick, and never shameful if you have a cavity, or just don’t floss as much as you should. It’s a warm and welcoming environmental and I never thought i could actually have a pleasant experience with people poking into my mouth. 20/5 stars!

As a dentalphobe, I was extremely nervous about having my teeth cleaned at a new dentist office, but the staff listened carefully to my concerns, explained what they were doing and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Tart answered all my questions, and I feel very confident about my treatment.

First, I was greeted by staff as I arrived just before 8:00, opening time. Everyone was smiling, jovial and friendly. The hygienist, Denise, was excellent. My experience was the best ever, and I have had excellent care from several hygienists and the dentists over the years. Great patient care along with good conversation during the X-Rays and cleaning. The dentist was personable, made sure any questions were answered, was thorough on checking any dental issues I might face and never tried to sell me which has happened at other offices. Great experience! My wife and I both are pleased and are scheduled back in six months. Thank you. After 6 months, I was back. Y’all take the cake. First Prize. You are just as great the second visit as the first. I am relaxed there. No angst about going to your office. Denise is great. She is personable and is an excellent conversationalist. Still no attempts to sell but merely to help improve health. Great place. I’m afraid to say too many good things
