This dental center was well kept up, and up to date. Good customer service and nice conversations. Definitely recommend!
Like most people, I am not a huge fan of the dentist, but the customer service and exceptional bedside manner really impressed me! Customer service is important to me, especially in a clinical setting, and it was 5 stars from booking the appt. over the phone to when I checked out. Toni, my dental hygienist, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!
Midtown Dental was a positive experience for me. I had a tight sched and they worked me in to get my tooth repair done. Dr. Suitt and his staff make me feel like I'm part of their family. Ashley takes care to be sure I am comfortable and Doc makes sure I feel no pain. The office is a clean safe space. Great office staff makes it an all around great experience that fits into your needs. Thank you all.
