Polish Dental Center of Midtown

All the negative reviews are unfortunately true. The staff is nice, but they have predatory practices. They suggested treatments that I didn’t even need to get me to pay during my appointment. I was also billed extra for the appointment itself (exam and regular routine cleaning), which I was told by Polish would be fully covered by insurance prior to my appointment. The billing department has not called back or answered emails. I would avoid this place.

Kind, attentive, and understanding. Angela greeted me as I walked in and I immediately knew I had nothing to be nervous about. See, I was nervous to go to a new dentist after a lapse of insurance last year, but every single person introduced themselves to me and asked how they could help me. Keisha did my X-rays in record time and I was set up for a follow up appointment gently by the Boss Lady up front. It wasn’t bad news, but it wasn’t great news, but I was given a treatment plan that’s clear and concise. Grateful for everyone there!

What an AMAZING experience I had at Polish Dental. I had to take the time and write a review to say THANK YOU to Ms. Shaketa Bender for referring me to her office . I have and always have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child. Unfortunately , That has kept me from going like I should as regularly as I should. I met Ms. Bender in Starbucks while waiting on our orders in line and she told me about Polish dental. I was a bit nervous because in my mind they all say that. However, She assured me that I wouldn't have anything to worry about and that the Polish Dental team would take excellent care of me and they did just that. I made my appointment , she called to followed up with me and told me that everything would be okay because I expressed how nervous I really was. The day of my appointment she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and she came back to check in on me during the time that I was there to ensure that I was really okay. This was the
