Midtown Dental of Jacksonville

This was my first time at Midtown because my usual dental office had referred me over. I’ll be quite honest, I am very nervous of dental work always have been. From the very first call to walking out the door it was such a great experience. Michelle made my appointment and greeted me on arrival she was warm and welcoming, Q, she helped quiet my nerves and talked to me regarding my history and what I needed done. Her personality just put me at ease and made it a much better experience. Dr. Thomas, what can I say about Dr. Thomas, if there ever was a time I could say I enjoyed a dental appointment this would be the time. He took the time to just talk to me and go over a dental plan. Once he and Q got to work on my broke tooth it was over before I knew it. There was no pain (which was super unexpected) and as much as I have loved my previous dental office, I have no intention of returning. Midtown has a new client!! Thank you Michelle, Q and Dr. Thomas.

Before my appointment I was super nervous. Dr. Patel, Ashley, Kelly, Jackie and Princess eased all my fears, welcomed me like family, and provided excellent service!!! The team got me back to feeling better about my dental health. The office was set up for comfort and following pandemic protocols. I highly recommend Midtown!!!

Major shouts to Portia, Josh, and Dr. Cheng for providing excellent service throughout my hours long procedure! The whole experience was gentle, pain-free, and fun. I most appreciate Portia’s perfectionism to ensure my fillings and temporary crown were done properly. Lastly, Michelle does an awesome job managing the office and ensuring I get what I need. A dentist office like this is a true gem!
