The people who work here don't listen to their patients. They call to fill an opening/appointment, but make you wait close to an hour to serve you. The receptionist and dentist argue with you when you disagree with them. They say they're giving you a deal on a plan but its not a deal. Hope you have insurance and loads of patience to use their services.
My first impression of Milwaukee Dental Arts was amazing. The staff members were very kind. The office manager Stephanie was very helpful with all of my questions/concerns. The dental assistant Myrna was great as well. She was kind and very efficient with her work. My appointment was with Dr. Ferris and he was awesome. I came in for a severe toothache; he was quick and efficient about getting it done. Overall the whole staff was amazing, personable, efficient, and made my whole visit a great one. I definitely look forward to coming back to Milwaukee Dental Arts for future dental work. Thank you guys!
Dr. Vargas is by far the best dentist I ever been to! He is very patient, gentle, and very good at what he does. I have never in my life been comfortable at a dentist. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!
