Bright Dental

I scheduled an appointment and got in right on time even though there was a few people in the waiting room. They did an amazing job I got 4 teeth pulled, I thought when they pulled out my last tooth it was the numbing shot, I jokingly said I hope it doesn't hurt like that for all of them. She said nope your all done They absolutely know what they're doing highly recommend!!

Upon arrival i was greeted, but the girl at the front desk wasn't too friendly. My appointment was set for 9am but i didnt get called in until 9:45. I got x-rays done and was seated in the chair. The dental assistant seemed very young and intimidated to clean my teeth. She even asked if i wanted to skip the cleaning and just talk to the dentist. I told her i was overdue for a cleaning and that was the point of my visit. I was dissapointed with the whole cleaning experience because she didnt do anything except apply tooth paste and rinse it out. She didnt floss my mouth, she didnt remove any plague or give me a toothbrush or tooth paste as most dental offices always provide. Im assuming i was treated this way because i have state insurance. They were quick and didnt seem to care much about my concerns. I definitely wont be going back and wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone.

I actually left a review on your website. This was my first time there, and I thought it was wonderful. The front desk girls were very nice, the girls in the back were very nice, and the Dentist guy was great. They all listened to what I had to say, they did not rush me. They explained things to me. Even though it was just a consult, the entire experience was great. Thank you
