Very unprofessional. My mother tripped outside the office and was told that herself always looks down when shes walking so basically my 65 yr old mother should do the same. My mother asked to speak with her higher up and my mother was told the next person above her is the building mgr,nobody has gotten back to her and that was a week or so ago. Just very unproffessional. And instead of commenting Thanks for the feedback actually do something about the issues people are having like Customer service. Thats a start.

How many times do you guys see the reviews and how they talk about the secretaries, still nothing done? All the comments are true. Lady answering the phone is rude and ghetto. Should have a new person more respectful and welcoming answer the phone. Saying my private insurance doesn’t pay for X-ray since I had one done recently. That’s a lie. They just heard that my insurance covers 80% for a crown and wanted more money. Hung up on my face and when I called back said she never spoke to me. That’s a lie. Same person forsure. It’s ridiculous.

Wonderful dental clinic I have recommended family and friends. The front desk was amazing the assistants were amazing even the doctors. They are very polite and kind. Great dental work and treatments, awesome job to all of them.
