My first experience was fine just going in for an annual cleaning. However, during this time I was told the fillings I have had some cavities growing out of them. Surprise to me because my teeth felt and look great. She told me to come back in a week to get them refilled I did. That was yesterday, and my experience was beyond stressful. Not only did I smell some kind of smoke/burntness coming from the utensils she was used to drill into my teeth. She also told me to raise my hand when I needed a break. I did this on several occasions and was left unheard numerous of times. I was told to breath thru my noise and don't close my mouth. I felt like I was in the movie Hostel omg... Extremely insensitive!! . I couldn't wait to get out of there. On top of that my teeth are super sensitive and that has not happen when I first got my teeth filled. I believe she just wanted the money and all along I didn't need a fill to begin with.

This place is terrible. I’m on my third appointment this week The numbing didn’t work and I felt everything. She stopped my extraction and asked if I wanted to come back after there was a hole in my gums. Disregard my pain and all saying it was just anxiety. Never again!!

I've been getting dentures for the last 8 years this is the worse place,had to wait 2 months to get my teeth fixed,new from them let me say, got one Dr. Who thinks he knows your mouth better than you. Very bad experience ????
