I would like to thank the staff and the doctor for how they made a lasting impression on me as we did a consultation for braces. My son had lots of questions and each question was answered thoroughly and kid appropriate where he could understood what the process would entail. The office was clean and there waa silmiling faces everywhere. Thank you for your impeccable customer service.

Everything about this visit from Dr.Mike to the tech to the hygienist to the experience itself were the absolute best! I felt so welcomed by Megan at the front desk from the very beginning and she made my visit start off well conversation was so pleasant with her. The entire staff is so down to earth and I appreciate that so much. I look forward to continuing service and needs with MINT Dentistry.

This year I purchased a retainer for my lower set of teeth after losing mine during travel. My daughter recommended Mint Orthodontists upon my arrival to live in Texas. I scheduled an appointment and 2 weeks later received my retainer. Around 7 months later the retainer tore which was surprising because retainers usually last several years as had been the case with my first one before I lost it. I contacted the office and was told there is no warranty and that I would have to purchase another one. After receiving the cost, I declined to continue business because it suggest that I would have to purchase a retainer on an annual basis at the very least. Don't we all deserve quality in products that are usually used in the longer term? What's even more disturbing is this company is all over the radio and elsewhere commercializing themselves as the best in the business. How can this be with the level of service I received. Be ware!
