I had an infection from a dying tooth that began spreading to my sinus cavity. It's never a pleasure to see a specialist but Dr. Chang made me feel comfortable. The entire process was pain free. I was quite a bit apprehensive at first but she assured me I was in good hands. The vibrancy of the communication between staff and the doctors was a blessing to be a part of. The young lady at the front desk was awesome. The dental assistant was impressive and her competence was on full display throughout the entire process. I hate the fu*king dental chair and this place changed everything for me. Thank you

Terrible experience with this endodontics. I suggest that you don't go. When I scheduled the appointment for consultation, I was told that consultation is free and there would not be any fees/co-pays. I did a root canal and paid $136 for the procedure before I left. A month later, I received a mail stating that there is a $119 over due. As shown on the bill, they actually charged $150 for consultation and $1351 for the root canal procedure. I called the office. They said that I heard wrong - the consultation is not free. They further explained that insurance companies would usually cover consultation but my insurance did not, so I have to pay for it. It is false advertisement when you say something is free but it is not. Additionally, they charged me $255 on the bill claiming that the original amount ($136) is just an estimate. $255 is 80% more than $136. They gave an "estimate" that is significantly lower so that I agreed to the procedure. I cannot tell if this is done intended.

When you go to an endodontist your going for one main reason, your need dentistry work done and who likes going to the dentist. The one reason I go to this office is because Dr. Chang is very good, she is patient with me, and as gentle as you can be preforming a root canal. How ever I don’t feel the staff out in the same effort. I unfortunately have had to use their services 3 times. They know I need nitrous. The second time I needed to use their services I go in the office wait for my appointment get in the chair and the dentist was going to start working on me and I say she is supposed to be using nitrous. Oh well did we forget to mention our nitrous machine isn’t working. I said well then your not working on me then. The third time, they call me the night before the appointment to remind me of my appointment. I get to my appointment wait 40 minutes to get in the chair, wait another 15 minutes the dentist comes in starts numbing me up and what do you know their machine isn’t worki
