After having my teeth worked on by Dr Swati Doshi my daughter said she has never seen me smile so much. I was very pleased with all the staff who did X-rays, cleaning done, and dental work.
I had a great experience here!! It was Great hospitality! the DH was very calming and eased all anxiety. She ensured I was comfortable for the entire process and made sure to let me know what was happening.
From the moment of my first call, I was greeted with concern and support. Scheduling was an issue but I was urged to come in rather than wait (Dangit, I cannot recall her name right now). I met with Dr. Doshi and was confused about how to proceed and she was calm and educated me. When it came time for the procedure she was sensitive to my anxiety and was gentle in her procedure. As was her assistant who would tap my shoulder throigh shots to keep me calm. Evrryone in the office is friendly. I highly recommend the Monarch Frisco office.
