Dr. Porter was very professional. Because my procedure came about very quickly, I still have questions re my affected teeth. I plan on following up with these questions in my next appointment. The assistant, in my opinion, was not focused on me the customer. Distracted. This does not provide total confidence in the procedure/office.

Came to Dr. Porter after a very traumatic and painful dental experience at another place and he and his assistant were so kind, understanding, and just all around wonderful. Had to get 2 root canals (I have a chronic illness that messes with my teeth) and had the option of doing 1 at a time or both in that visit and I went ahead and got both of them done that day. ZERO pain throughout the process (not counting the deadening shots but those weren’t too bad). I can’t stress how kind and caring the whole office is. I wish I could remember the assistants name because she was the star of the day! I remember her red hair but not her name. She kept me calm, and listened as I rambled on with my nervous chatter while waiting for the doctor. Definitely recommend them wholeheartedly.

It's hard to imagine a five star review for an Endodontic office but this office is worth every star. Dr. Yessen and his staff informed me every step of the way regarding what was happening and that was a major anxiety reliever! Virtually pain free and full explanations of what to expect after the procedure. There are no negatives regarding the somewhat out of the ordinary procedure I had. Caring staff, extremely clean office, appointments are started on time and pain free. I won't dread a root canal ever again.
