The entire staff is nice and friendly. Ms. Stephanie is a complete angel.the doc is very good at what he do. Barley felt pain and it seem like it was over right when I got started. Wisdom tooth removal. He was like now you all good and I actually laughed and said ‘that’s it”. Quick and pain free. I was expecting at least a little more pain. Definitely 5/5 and will recommend to friends/family!!!!

Monarch in Little Rock Arkansas was by far the worst dental experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE. I was in the dental chair with them in my mouth for over 6 hours. The assistants were too busy singing and talking to each other to be aware of their patient. I had to grab her hand because I was choking on liquid in my throat. If it wasn’t so traumatic I’d go back and have the dentist fix the crooked jagged teeth he gave me. $2,000 and I still don’t feel comfortable smiling.

My appointment was at 3pm, I checked in about 3pm or shortly there after. I was taken to a room about 315pm and X-rayed. I sat and waited for a dentist for about 45 minutes, I left shortly after 4 without seeing anyone. I am very disappointed, I have been frequenting this office for at least 10 years and have never had this problem. Communication is key for me and there was none.
