Excellent experience start to finish. Friendly front office staff welcomed me. The office manager, very professional and helped me in a timely manner with all of my questions. Dr. Ashcraft got my smile back to where I wanted it! All the assistants in the back were friendly and laughing. Great experience and highly recommend Dr. Ashcraft for your orthodontist!
I did not get to finish out my braces treatment with Dr. Ashcraft due to my financial restraints. However, it was completely my own situation. Dr. Ashcraft will work with you financially, his staff is professional and awesome at what they do. He is also very professional, personalble, and awesome. I would highly recommend him and his staff!!!
I'm giving 2 stars because I think the dental techs are worth more but the office staff ruins it for the entire office. My daughter is patient. Never had a problem until recently. I have the account set up on auto draft and they failed to apply payments for last 2 months. When I asked about it in office, the girl up front just told me I had to wait until someone came back from vacation. But then I get a letter in the mail stating my services were suspended for non payment (even after I showed them the payments). Then I call to figure out the issue and the "office manager" was rude and condescending and refused to listen to me or attempt to resolve the issue even though she had the ability to resolve the issue. When I complained to Dr. Ashcraft, it fell on deaf ears.
