So far, I'm quite happy with Aspen Dental. Frances, the office manager, was able to get me funding for dentures, which I did not expect to happen. She also helped me understand the process so that I could make an informed decision on my dentures.
All I wanted was a partial denture, kept trying to upsell everything. Unless you have 5000-6000 dollars to waste don't even attempt going here. They Do not care about their patients and only want your money.
If it wasn't for the hygienist, I would give them 0. No interest in the patient, just $$$. They just wanted to get as much money as possible. I went for a broken molar, and one hour later and $6000 worth of estimated treatment, they told me there was not enough time to pull the molar and scheduled it for a week later. Once I told them I only need it the molar done, they send me packing.
