My Dental – Somerville

I'm pretty sure these higher rated reviews are fake. This is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Shah was incredibly unprofessional during my exam and kept walking away in the middle to have personal conversations right behind me. At one point she said she'd be back in a couple minutes then didn't come back until 20 minutes later! I was sitting with my mouth open for almost 2 hours. And the time that she actually was in the room she had pretty terrible bedside manner. They also didn't seem to know what procedure they were actually doing which was concerning. The dentist is already a stressful place for some people, and my experience here made me never want to go to a dentist again. The first time I went and things were slow/unorganized I tried to be understanding because they said they just got a new system. It was just as bad the second time. The facilities are very dated too. My first visit was great! Dr. Shah and the Dental Assistants, Iule and Stephanie were awesome. They made you feel comfortable and my cleaning was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back again!

Really happy with Dr. Roman, his team and his expertise! When I first visited this facility over a year ago, I was considering Invisalign treatment and Dr. Roman provided a really honest and in-depth consultation of how it would work for me. The entire process was seem less and I’m really happy with the results! After I began the treatment and whenever I had an question or concern regarding the treatment plan, Dr. Roman’s team was very attentive at finding a resolution/answer for me as soon as they could. Throughout the entire process, I’ve always felt in good hands and never doubted him! That being said, I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone seeking quality dental care.
