Front desk staff are aggressive and rude. Their communication skills are pitiful and should you call, you will likely never reach a human. Leaving a message might have a positive result, but in my experience only half of my voicemails have ever been returned. This is the only provider in my life that I've been threatened with a fee for missing an appointment, a detail that I will certainly pay attention to when seeking out a new Orthodontist for my family. When faced with medical questions, front desk staff will provide anecdotal evidence instead of asking the Doctor. Is it even legal for them to provide such advice?

My daughter missed her appt, the next available appt was 2 months out so they offered to put her on a waiting list One of the staffed members called on a Friday and stated someone had cancel an appt and they had an opening for Monday at 10am. I accepted and took off work . Otw to the appt the traffic was backed due to a collision, I called at approximately 1003 to let them know that I was pulling up and they stated I would have to RESCHEDULE. I was literally two lights away and the collision was out of my control, either way when I spoke with the supervisor, she first stated that I would have to reschedule do to a shortage of staff. And then she stated since I took off work I could wait all day to see if a spot became available. When I arrived in the office she was loud and rude and stated that she watched me pull in.
