Dr. Newberry's team is very professional and take the time to speak with you about anxiety regarding dentistry. They are gentle & kind & do great work. A bunch of dedicated folks to patients! I recommend.
I’ve been going here for years and always had a pleasant experience. However, today, I felt pushed to purchase extra products by my hygienist, Ms.Oly (I’m sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly). I have never in my life been told I need to pay $70 for kit and instructions on how to clean my teeth! I told her I didn’t want it and had to express that several times to her. I understand I haven’t been in awhile. However, I was to by her this visit was a deep cleaning ,and I am obligated to come back to pay $57 for another cleaning in a month? That just doesn’t make sense to me. I’m only going back because I need to have this cavity filled. No one should ever tell you that you are required to make extra purchases pertaining to your health. I understand healthcare is also a business, but don’t make patients uncomfortable because they tell you that they are not interested in extra purchases to make your clinic money. Patient quality care should be priority.
Nashville Dental Center is 100% the best dentist office I've ever been to and both Doctors Patricia and Huey Newberry are the best they come!!!! There staff are great and very compassionate!!!! ND center is by far the best they come and very kid friendly!!!!
