The office is super clean, the staff are very friendly and professional. Andrea did a great job with my dental cleaning and went out of her way to make helpful suggestions and answer my questions about my dental health. Would highly recommend!

5+ stars for the doctor, space, experience, etc. I'd give 1 star as a warning on billing. I called before making an appointment and asked if my dental insurance (Guardian) was in network... the answer was yes. After the appointment they didn't collect anything, because insurance covers 2x yearly cleanings... great. Here's the buyer beware: I get a bill from NE England Dental for $70 bucks, because it turns out that only certain locations are in network for certain insurance companies. Life lesson: Double check that they take your insurance at the specific location where you are making the appointment. And note that even though the dentists are listed as in network providers on the insurance database, it only applies when they are practicing at particular locations. Would I have still gone knowing that I was going to have to pay $70 bucks... probably (or more than likely made an appointment at one of their in-network locations.) Do I feel like I got screwed... ya, a little bit.

Skilled hygienist and dentist who made me feel comfortable from beginning to end of my dental visit, and left my teeth sparkly clean and healthy. Dental visits can be a bit intimidating but I was talked through every step of the cleaning and check up with a gentle touch and it made all the difference.
