I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and still get very nervous. But coming here with Dr. Shafie is honestly the best experience. He makes you feel very comfortable especially when he sees you’re nervous. I love the service by the assistants and front desk as well. Definitely recommend this place.
While Dr. Shafi is a great dentist the whole experience at a dental office is very important. Expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be called. Not to mention even if you usually see a specific dentist they will make you an appointment with one of the other ever changing dentists that are subpar. This office used to have a wonderful hygienist and now it seems they constantly have a new hygienist. There is no continuity of care.
Dr Shafie was amazing . His voice is so reassuring and calm . So honesty that made me stay calm . I do get nervous going to the dentist .I would highly recommend .
